On a recent occasion, UB Tech officially announced that its intelligent logistics subsidiary, UQI (also known as UQI Tech), has entered into a procurement agreement with Tiansheng Automation Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tiansheng Co."). Under the contract, Tiansheng will purchase Walker S series industrial humanoid robots from UB Tech for a total value of 30 million yuan, with the delivery expected to be completed before December 31, 2025.

In June 2023, UB Tech and Tiansheng Co. signed a "Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement" to establish a deep collaboration in the application fields of humanoid robots in industrial scenarios such as new energy vehicles, 3C electronics, and smart logistics. This partnership aims at the cutting-edge development of global leading humanoid robots and the innovation application of full-cycle solutions, including the R&D and production of products and solutions applying humanoid robots in industrial manufacturing areas, thus promoting the implementation of humanoid robots in high-end manufacturing such as automobile intelligent manufacturing.

With the inclusion of this order, as of now, UB Tech's Walker series humanoid robots have secured contracts worth nearly 430 million yuan (including nearly 50 million yuan worth of humanoid robot orders delivered in the first half of the year, excluding orders for the full-size educational humanoid robot TianGong XingZhe). In September, UB Tech obtained a procurement contract worth 250 million yuan for embodied intelligent humanoid robot products and solutions from a well-known domestic enterprise, which is currently the largest contract in the global humanoid robot industry.

Currently, UB Tech has collaborated with renowned enterprises in the fields of new energy automobile manufacturing, 3C manufacturing, and smart logistics, such as BYD, Dongfeng Liuzhou Motor, Geely Automobile, FAW-Volkswagen Qingdao Branch, Audi FAW, BAIC New Energy, Foxconn, and SF Express. The Walker S series of industrial humanoid robots has entered into the largest number of global factory training facilities.
