At the 2024 Baidu World Conference today, Baidu unveiled its latest innovation—the Xiaodu AI Glasses. These glasses are positioned as the world's first native AI device equipped with a Chinese large language model, incorporating a range of cutting-edge features.

The Xiaodu AI Glasses emphasize lightweight design, weighing only 45 grams for comfortable extended wear. They feature a 16-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera enhanced with AI-powered image stabilization for steadier footage. Additionally, the glasses support first-person view recording, allowing users to effortlessly capture their surroundings.

Regarding battery life, the Xiaodu AI Glasses boast up to 56 hours of standby time and over 5 hours of continuous audio playback. They also support fast charging, achieving a full charge within 30 minutes. These specifications guarantee convenience and longevity for everyday use.

For voice recognition, the glasses are equipped with a quad-microphone array that accurately captures user commands. They also feature an open-back speaker design to ensure clear audio output while maintaining privacy.

In terms of functionality, the Xiaodu AI Glasses support on-the-go queries, allowing users to interact via voice commands to access necessary information. Additionally, they include features such as calorie tracking, object recognition encyclopedias, audio-visual translation, and smart reminders, catering to users' needs across various scenarios.

At the press conference, Li Ying, Vice President of Baidu Group and CEO of Xiaodu Technology, announced that the Xiaodu AI Glasses are expected to launch in the first half of 2025, providing users the opportunity to experience this fusion of technology and practicality in smart eyewear.
