11x Secures $50 Million Series B Funding to Accelerate AI "Digital Worker" Development

2024-11-14

11x has successfully closed a $50 million Series B funding round led by Andreessen Horowitz, following closely after securing a $24 million Series A round led by Benchmark just over a month ago. 11x is pioneering a bold concept of replacing conventional software tools with fully autonomous AI workers, initially targeting sales and go-to-market (GTM) teams.

The startup is creating fully AI-driven agents named "Alice" and "Jordan" capable of autonomously managing sales processes at speeds surpassing human performance. "Alice" functions as an AI sales development representative, responsible for identifying, reaching out, and evaluating prospects, achieving engagement rates three times higher than human counterparts. Meanwhile, "Jordan" serves as a multilingual voice agent, handling personalized calls and following up at tenfold the pace of human sales reps, supporting 30 languages.

Since its Series A funding, 11x has doubled its workforce, relocated its headquarters to San Francisco, and acquired Opkit to enhance its AI voice capabilities. Among its clients are prominent companies like Siemens, Airtable, and Elevenlabs, demonstrating industry interest in this cutting-edge automation technology, which not only boosts efficiency but also enables comprehensive workflow automation.

Over the coming months, 11x aims to introduce additional digital workers with the goal of fully automating sales functions, allowing human teams to concentrate on creativity, innovation, and relationship-building. CEO Hasan Sukkar stated that, despite rapid growth, 11x remains in the early stages of its development.
