The Time magazine released its 2025 list of Best Inventions yesterday (October 9), and Unitree R1, the bipedal humanoid robot developed by Unitree, was successfully selected in the robotics category.

Since 2000, Time magazine has annually recognized the world's most influential inventions, products, and innovations. This year's list has expanded to include 300 items, spanning cutting-edge fields such as robotics, artificial intelligence, and healthcare.

In the robotics category, alongside Unitree R1, other notable inclusions were Figure 03 (a home robot), EufyMake E1 UV printer (a home 3D printer), and HoverAir X1 ProMax (a personal aerial photographer).
