Google is developing a feature that enables users to clone their own voices within AI Studio. According to data from TestingCatalog, a hidden option labeled "Create Your Voice" appears when selecting the "Flash native audio preview" model, which is currently associated with Gemini 2.5 Flash. Clicking it opens a window for recording and uploading audio, although the feature is not yet functional. This discovery indicates that Google is preparing to integrate native audio capabilities to support Gemini 3 Flash. This will allow developers to generate synthetic voices based on recorded speech samples. Google released an update for Gemini 2.5 Flash native audio in December 2025, enhancing voice quality and improving the model's ability to follow instructions more accurately.
Furthermore, a new option has been identified, permitting the import of entire code collections via GitHub repositories. The start page is also evidently undergoing revisions and will soon display activity and usage statistics separately in the future.
