Nagarro has become an OpenAI Services Partner and joined its partner network to accelerate the enterprise-scale adoption of OpenAI’s tools across the Asia-Pacific region. The company will support organizations leveraging the OpenAI API and ChatGPT Enterprise.

Nagarro will guide businesses in exploring, implementing, and scaling generative AI solutions. According to the company, its consulting and engineering teams help enterprises deploy AI responsibly and integrate it into core workflows to enhance productivity and drive long-term value.

“Our focus is on enabling clients to apply generative AI to real-world business challenges—ranging from automation and decision support to customer experience and operational efficiency—while maintaining the structure, governance, and engineering rigor required by large organizations,” said Rahul Mahajan, Global Chief Technology Officer at Nagarro.

As a Services Partner, they empower customers to deploy AI responsibly, build internal capabilities, and realize sustained value across diverse industry use cases.”

Nagarro serves clients across retail, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, logistics, and telecommunications. The company excels in data engineering, artificial intelligence, automation, and enterprise transformation. Its Fluid Intelligence framework leverages AI-native engineering practices to streamline workflows and reduce friction.

Through Centers of Excellence, agent systems research, and enterprise enablement programs, Nagarro continues to expand its AI capabilities. Its teams design, test, and scale AI systems tailored for large organizations, supporting responsible deployment even in highly complex environments.

Recently, OpenAI also announced a broad strategic collaboration with Accenture aimed at driving deeper enterprise AI adoption among large corporations—starting with Accenture’s own workforce. The firm plans to roll out ChatGPT Enterprise to tens of thousands of employees, marking the largest group to date to receive upskilling through OpenAI certification.
